Shipping & Returns Policy


The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: All orders are sent to a fulfilment centre within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are sent on Monday. The fulfilment process normally takes 2 – 7 business days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the item to be shipped from our fulfilment centre to your door. Delivery usually takes 2 – 5 days depending on your location and carrier used.


If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking number and email you a notification.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will not accept returns or issue refunds for items which were ordered for the wrong size. Please consult the size charts before ordering.

A refund can only be made after you receive your purchase. Once an order is placed it can’t be cancelled, and therefore no refunds will be given for goods still in the fulfilment process or in transit to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please return your product to the address we provide. You MUST use a trackable shipping service to return your item to us so that the delivery process can be independently tracked.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at via our contact page.

Shipping Costs

You MUST use a trackable shipping service to return your item to us so that the delivery process can be independently tracked. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Customers who order multiple items from our store may have those items fulfilled by different warehouses and receive those items in separate packages. Most of the time these packages will arrive on different days and could arrive many days apart.


The prices displayed on our site do not include import taxes or duties. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives in your country, as determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
